For Website Subscriptions :
To cancel your plan, click on the plan in the top right corner and choose downgrade to free.
The card is removed automatically from the account once you’re on the free plan. If you have an active subscription and have cancelled your plan, your plan will remain active till the end of the current period after which you will be downgraded to the free version.
Click on yes, cancel.
Fill out the form to complete the process.
Once done, you will enjoy the benefits of your current plan, till the end of your billing cycle.
After the end of your billing cycle, you will be downgraded to the free plan.
