Why do I still get copyright claims for music tracks used from within the invideo library?
Why do I still get copyright claims for music tracks used from within the invideo library?

Platforms like YouTube and Facebook use automated Content ID systems that may flag audio tracks, even if you have the proper license. Since these systems don’t always recognize your rights automatically, creators often need to verify their authorization to use the content.

This process isn’t ideal, and the creative community has been encouraging these platforms to improve their Content ID practices.

In case one of your videos created on invideo is flagged for using a royalty-free music track from our library, you can attach our End User License Agreement (EULA) as proof when disputing the claim: End User License Agreement.pdf.

You can follow the steps outlined in this article to dispute the claim yourself: How to Dispute a Copyright Claim on YouTube.

If you encounter a claim, feel free to reach out to us through the chat support window or by emailing us at support@invideo.io, and we’ll assist you with the dispute process.
