How can I replace the media in my video with another media or my own?

You can either prompt the magic box, search or upload images and videos, or edit keywords to replace the media in your video.

A. Commanding through the magic box:

You can prompt the magic box to replace media for a scene with new media of your choice.

Step 1: Prompt the magic box to replace a media with another media.

Step 2: Click on generate and preview your video once the changes have been made.

Some example prompts you can use are:

  • Change the 2nd media to _____

  • Replace the media in scene 2 with _____


B. Generating a new media

1) Click on Edit > Media

2) Go to generative media and select the + sign.

3) Choose either text to clip or text to image to start creating your new media. Add your text and choose the aspect ratio.

  • For images: Each uses 1 generative credit.

  • For videos: You can choose a length between 1 and 10 credits, with generative credits counted based on the media duration.

You will also notice keywords that help create media matching the video’s theme.

Preview your media by clicking on it.


C. Shuffle or Search from the Stock media library

1) Select the rotate icon to browse new stock media options with each click.

2) Click the shuffle button to see all the options.

This will bring up all the suggestions and let you view media history, so you can see what’s been shown before.

Search from the Stock Media library for even more choices.

Here, you can browse through tons of images and videos.

Click all to switch between images or videos.

Use the settings ⚙️ button to pick your favourite media library.

This lets you pick where you want to see media from.


D. Upload media

You can upload your media by selecting uploaded media -> upload media.

Once done, click on proceed and save changes to preview the video!
