You can change your username by first navigating to the Profile page, accessible from the drop-down on the top right, and then changing it in the Username section, and clicking on Save to save the changes made.

You can choose to have it shown on your exported video by setting the Select invideo AI branding option to Normal on the Export video panel when exporting the video.
