How to change or edit the background music?
Updated this week

You can add or change background music when initially prompting to generate a video or from the flow we offer:

Once the video has been generated you can use the magic box to edit the music further:

  • Increase background music to 100%

  • Decrease background music to 0%

  • Change the music to be more upbeat and energetic

Alternatively, you can choose the edit option and select music.

From here, you can access the stock library to browse and replace music using tracks from YouTube's library or Storyblocks.

Select the chapter where you want to change the default music, then click on the music title.

Click apply and save changes once done!

To have more manual control over music editing. Click on music properties to get more options as shown below:

You can loop the music, adjust its volume, set fade-in and fade-out points, choose the starting duration, and set an ideal duration for seamless playback.

  • Loop music: The AI makes the music fit the length of each scene. So, if a scene lasts 24 seconds, the music will also play for 24 seconds. But if you set the Trim to 20 seconds the music will stop after 20 seconds, and the last 4 seconds of the scene will be quiet unless you turn on the looping feature, which keeps the music going.

  • Trim from: You can select the duration from where you want the music to start. For example - you can have the music start directly from 15 seconds. It is like trimming the music from the beginning.

  • Fade-in: This feature allows you to control where the music transitions in the video. For example - you can set the music to fade in 5 seconds in the video.

  • Fade-out: Similar to the above, this feature gives you control over when the music will begin to fade out. To make sure this feature works, disable the loop.

  • Music Volume: You can set the music volume as per your liking and the highest it can be set to is 200% or you can mute the music for any chapter by selecting the volume πŸ”Š button.
