X-Axis: You can use this to move the media side to side when the dimension of your video is in 9:16 (vertical format).
Y-Axis: You can use this to adjust the media up or down when the dimension of your video is in 16:9 (wide format).
Note: For videos which are in 16:9 (wide format), it is only possible to adjust the media up or down if there is space around the media to move it.
