You can add a transition between each media and chapter as shown below:

Changing it manually from the settings option as shown below:
1) Click on Edit
2) In media properties, you can adjust the settings for individual media.
3) In settings, you can change the transition for both the media and the chapters.
Example:
A. When the transition is set to Dynamic Cut: Dynamic transition will be applied to each media, while a cut transition will be used for each chapter.
B. When the transition is set to Stretch and Zoom: Stretch transition will be applied to each media, while zoom transition will be used for each chapter.
Note
Make sure to set the media properties to auto for the changes to apply from the settings page.
Click on save changes once done!
How to remove media and chapter transitions?
From media properties, make sure to set the transition as auto.
From settings set the transition preset to none.
